Epsom Gesmeray's famous sire JALISCO B, successful both in the sport and at stud, is by the all-time great stallion ALME out of a Furioso xx dam. JALISCO B himself, remembered from his performance at the Olympics in Seoul, is amongst others, sire to the world-renowned DOLLAR DU MURIER, PAPILLON ROUGE and QUIDAM DE REVEL who has considerably influenced the breeding of showjumpers all over the world.

On his Dam's side, Epsom Gesmeray has an almost identical bloodline to the three time World Cup Champion BALOUBET DU ROUET ridden by Rodrigo Pessoa. Dam RENATA is by the very good mare maker stallion STARTER. Famous offspring with Starter on their dams side include SISSI DE La COUR and FLECHE ROUGE (ridden by Samantha McIntosh).
